Welcome back to my second blog post for cocoa lovers!
In this edition, I'll be taking you on a coffee-hopping tour of my neighborhood, Queen Street West area. Renowned as the world's second "coolest neighborhood" by Vogue magazine in 2014, Queen Street West is the heart of Toronto City with locally-owned restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and cafes. Here are my top three favorite coffee shops along Queen Street West!

01
Forget Me Not Coffee
A cozy gem cafe with great vibes and plenty of seating options. Their signature hot chocolate ($4.20) and matcha latte ($5.70) are must-tries, perfectly paired with their freshly homemade pastries. My favorite is the banana loaf ($2.95). They offer cute handcrafted gifts, coffee beans, and brewing equipment. The staff were friendly and kind. With special drinks for every season, it's the ideal hangout spot for coffee lovers seeking a warm atmosphere and excellent service. Can't wait to go back!

Monday - Friday 07:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday 09:00 am - 7:00 pm

02
Beatrice Society
This place is absolutely awesome! The vibes are great, the music is spot-on, and the atmosphere is wonderfully modern. They offer an impressive selection of smoothies, toast, and pastries, including options for those with gluten-free and vegan preferences. I also love that they have partnered with Sobr Market, as Toronto’s first alcohol-free bottle shop. Plus, they have got pet-friendly hours from 8 am to 10 am, which is fantastic. My all-time favorite choice is their hot chocolate ($5.50), and you can taste the quality cocoa they use. The baristas are super friendly and knowledgeable. With its popularity, especially on weekends, seats tend to fill up fast. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this cool spot!
511 Richmond Street West
08:00 am - 6:00 pm (Back open in April due to renovations)

03
Cafe23
This is an adorable cafe near Trinity Bellwoods Park offering a range of delicious hot and cold cafe drinks. The ambiance is one of the coolest I've ever seen in a cafe, and their back garden patio is stunning, especially during spring and summer. It's a must-visit for those who enjoy posting pictures on Instagram. This time I got an iced chocolate ($6) and a cinnamon roll ($7.50), it was a perfect match! They also have a lot of artist-inspired decorations and puzzles. I'll be back again when summer comes!
728 Queen Street West
Monday - Friday 07:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday 08:00 am - 7:00 pm

These three coffee shops are my go-to spots along Queen Street West that I recommended. Whether you're craving a cozy hideaway or a trendy modern vibe, these cafes have something special to offer in every cup. Make sure to include these spots on your must-visit list.
